Hi, my name is Zak, and I’m the travel advisor who is helping to make booking your European sailing with Explora as simple and convenient as possible. I have worked together with Phyllis and Gaye to put all the essential information about the sailing on this page. See below to get an overview of the process.

1. Choose Your Suite Type

I’ve put together helpful information and links below to guide you in selecting the perfect suite. If you’d prefer a more personalized recommendation, I’m happy to schedule a call to discuss your options.

2. Provide Your Details

To make things easy, I’ve created a simple form where you can quickly share the key details needed to hold your suite. But convenience should never replace personal service—if you’d rather go over everything on a call, I’m more than happy to assist you that way instead. The choice is yours!

3. Receive Your Quote & Confirm Your Booking

Once I have your details, I’ll hold a suite and contact you with a quote. If everything looks good, we can move forward with confirmation by placing a deposit.

4. Making Your Trip Seamless

Beyond your cruise, I can also assist with travel arrangements like airfare, hotels, transfers, and insurance to create a smooth, one-stop experience. Of course, you’re welcome to handle any part of this on your own—I’m here to help as much or as little as you need.

YOUR SUITE

Here you can find some useful links to view the deck plan and learn about the different suite types. Explora II entered service in September 2024 and is an all-suites ship. If you would like to discuss more in depth, feel free to call me to discuss your options.

The Ocean Terraces come in five types, the first four are all identical and are only different due to location. The Grand Ocean Terrace is also identical but with a larger balcony.

The Penthouses come in four variations. My personal favorite is the Deluxe Penthouse. My least preferred is the Premier Penthouse due to the bed being away from the window.

The Residences come in five variations and all have private hot tubs on the balconies, come with butler service and various other perks. The only residence I dislike is the Retreat due to its location at the very front of the ship and its awkwardly small balcony. The most popular is the Cove, and it is the only residence located somewhat centrally.

General Notes: Port side will be facing towards land for the majority of the cruise, and therefore more likely to have more interesting views. If mobility is a factor, be aware that the forward elevator goes all the way to deck 3, but the aft elevator only goes to deck 5.
